Features Of Our Promaster Van Window Covers:

· Customized for RAM Promaster

Our team measures the van window carefully, then builds a data model based on the measurements and sends it to a computer to be converted into a blueprint for a precision cutting machine. Then cut the fabric to fit the window frame of the camper van, allowing it to cover window glass well.

Although machines are used, hand-assisted production further ensures the quality of the product. We use sewing machines to sew fabric and insulation tightly together. Certainly, the coverings can be used for a long time since the fabrics are densely stitched. In fact, we designed them to be used year after year.

· Excellent Insulation

An automotive-grade insulation material is made of 5.5mm XPE foam covered in double-sided aluminum foil. Aluminum foil can block UV rays and radiant heat, while foam preventing heat transfers is crucial.

In summer, the insulating foam inside the Promaster blocks the heat outside, which lets the inside temperature to fall significantly. In winter, they blocked the heat inside the van from escaping, slowing down the temperature loss. The insulating foam is non-toxic and has no harmful additives, so you never have to worry about it.
We add 3M Thinsulate or 4 layers of cotton inside the 4-season covers for better insulation! The sliding door cover will be shipped randomly from the 3M Thinsulate and cotton versions, all other covers have been 3M Thinsulate. Protected by the inner waterproof layer of the fabric, it will always stay dry and hygienic.

· Powerful Neodymium Magnets

As opposed to fixed curtains, our shades are magnetic and can be easily installed and removed, and the surrounding magnetism provides a perfect balance in a bumpy driving environment. We have plenty of magnets for every product (except the windshield shade). They will stick firmly to the window frame, so they will never fall off while driving.

· Durable Fabric

We chose polyester because it offers better UV protection than nylon. This further ensures that our blackout covers will last longer.

Plus, our top fabric is waterproof. We made a waterproof layer on the inside, so even if the outside surface got wet, water couldn’t penetrate inside. Not only that, the coating also enhances the strength of the fabric.

The current style comes in two colors: dark gray on the front and black on the back. Black is towards the outside of the window. It looks pitch black from the outside, plus the covers are perfectly fitted to the windows, so the privacy effect created is absolutely perfect. The dark gray surface has a grid pattern, which adds a sense of luxury to the product and is also very good as a car interior decoration. In the future, we will add more color styles.

· Easy To Fold & Store

Of course, installation and storage must be convenient as something that is often used. When you don’t want to remove them individually (except for the windshield sunshade), you can fold them from the bottom to the top, and there are magnets that hold them to the top of the window. However, you can also conveniently bring them back to work. In addition, we provide storage bags for each part of the product, so you can also fold them in and store them neatly in one place.
