RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

– We accept returns within 30 days (from the date you receive the item).
– Warranty Period: 1 year.

· Cases Of Return

① Wrong Product & Quality Issues

We are responsible for wrong products and any product defects caused by our negligence or parcel in transit. You can choose to reject or send it back to our local warehouse with the original packaging, and we will bear all the courier costs incurred. Please contact support@vanncamp.com for the prepaid shipping label. Then we’ll resend you a brand-new product, or you can choose to get a full refund. 

② Personal reasons

For returns due to personal reasons, you need to send the product back to our local warehouse with original packaging and bear the return shipping costs yourself, provided that the product does not affect secondary sales. We do not charge any other fees.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund after checking that the item is eligible for return.
