144WB Sprinter Roof Rack - Infos:

Take on any terrain and any adventure with a roof rack that’s as tough as the road ahead. Weighing just 67lbs, this Sprinter roof rack combines lightweight durability with rugged performance. Its high-grade aluminum alloy construction and black finish ensure it can handle any challenge.

The spacious platform (128″ x 56.3″, with 118″ of usable length) provides plenty of room for gear, from surfboards and mountain bikes to solar panels and rooftop tents.

Versatile and aerodynamic, this product can be mounted on either OEM or aftermarket rails. Its front aluminum fairing reduces wind resistance, enhancing overall driving performance.

This kit includes 7 adjustable crossbars that you can freely install in any quantity to suit your needs. Each crossbar has two grooves that can be paired with T-nuts to secure various types of luggage. Additionally, we’ve incorporated integral elongated slots into the side panels, allowing you to position the center crossbar anywhere along the slot to accommodate solar panels or other items.

Whether you’re chasing sunrises at the beach, carving fresh powder in the mountains, or setting up camp under a blanket of stars, this roof rack has your back. Bear the burden of your wanderlust with it!

Why It’s Perfect for Your Next Adventure:

  • Modular Compatibility: Designed to integrate seamlessly with Astra Guard side ladders and deck systems.
  • Customizable Lighting: The front wind fairing is ready for you to drill and mount your preferred light bar brackets.
  • Built for Versatility: Supports solar panel installations and Wall-mounted winch awnings for the perfect campsite setup.

Fantastic design and well made, this is sturdy and I preferred this over the higher priced options out there. The design looks to be changed and for the better as the front fairing now had welded brackets to the backside and is clean smooth front now without bolts on front side of fairing. Plenty of crossbars for all my solar and to get around the fan and AC

Good quality rack for the price. Easy install. Did it myself and only needed a 2nd hand for the fairing. Plenty of bars, I have factory A/C and aftermarket fan, so used only 6 of the 8 included bars. I still have space for more solar panels if needed

  5. I received this product some time ago, but at the moment the weather does not allow me to install it comfortably. But when examining all the components, I see very good quality of each thing and it seems to me that the stability of the product is even stronger than necessary. (For 170 “- normal, and for my 144” – with a margin of safety). Since the design assumes different options for installing the crossbars, I think to install it in any form to protect my solar panels from damage from above, for example, when fixing a small kayak. The main argument of this rack is its price. I have been monitoring the market for several months, asking different users – and as a result – even a rack for $1200 -$1800 – has many problems with wind resistance, load on it, etc. In any case, it will be necessary to check – how it works for each user. (long or short trips, weather conditions at the time of the trip, etc.). Even if I need to improve something in it – it will not be expensive for me. An absolute plus is the technical support – qualified workers answer any questions I have within 2-6 hours with real help. Once I install it and make some long trips I will try to write my corrections, if possible on this site. Usage Plan – All of California including the Yosemite Mountains and the Pacific Coast. Oregon, Nevada. Usage Period – Spring-Summer-Fall. 6-8 trips of 200-600 miles max per season. Daily – up to 50 miles.
