The shelf was easy to assemble and install with the exception of the carpet liner. We struggled to fold the carpet into the front flange so we just cut it down to lay flat. I’m sure we could have made it work with a bit more patience.

Excellent value! Very pleased with sturdiness and looks. I did attach the carpet from the lip side and only peeled off about 5″ at a time. Once I had everything lined up it went very smoothly.
This fit great and very sturdy with no flopping around even with weight on it. I got the curtain option and that’s amazing. Note that the curtain is a heavy insulated style and keeps heat and cold away from main cabin. Being it is easy to install and take off I might swap it for summer light curtain when it’s not cold weather season but it’s exactly what I hoped it would be. And well made.
One of the more reasonable priced headliner shelves for the MB Sprinter. In an Airstream Interstate 19 (with the bathroom directly behind the driver), it is very hard to reach the forward bolts over the driver’s seat. I finally marked the position of the support, pulled the shelf back out and tightened the support into position, then installed. Instructions are horrible! No excuse for not redoing them instead of using the translated Chinese ones. Photos are some of the worst that I have seen in any instructions. Product would deserve a top rating were it not for the instructions.
