The handle is great, looks like it came with the van. Installation was fairly straightforward, as seen on the video on the company site. You must watch the video, no instructions are included. I did have a minor issue with the screws that came in the kit, but this was promptly resolved to my satisfaction upon contacting the company. Impressed with their service, would recommend the product.
Install takes time but it looks good now. You may have to trim the plastic and/or the aluminum L bracket. I installed the L bracket away from the back surface of the B pillar (ie. toward the front of the van) and the supplied bolts were too short.
