There are two ways to redeem your points and view your coupons: via the Launcher in the bottom-left corner of the page, or by navigating to Account > Adventure Rewards > My Rewards.
METHOD 1:
Step 1: Log in to your account, click the floating icon in the bottom-left corner of the page, and then click Redeem.
Step 2: Click the My Rewards tab.
Step 3: Click Redeem, enter the amount of points you wish to use, and convert them into a coupon. The page will reload once completed.
Step 4: Repeat Steps 1 and 2, then click Coupons to view your available coupons.
- Click the Copy icon to copy a code and paste it manually into the coupon field at Cart/Checkout.
- Click Apply to apply the coupon instantly and page will reload. To switch coupons, you must manually remove the active one and enter the new code on the Cart/Checkout page.
Note: Redeemed coupons are exclusive to your account and cannot be gifted or shared with others.
METHOD 2:
Step 1: On the Account page, click Adventure Rewards.
Step 2: Once on the Rewards page, scroll down to find the MY REWARDS section.
Step 3: You can redeem your points under the Rewards tab. The page will reload once your redemption is successful.
Step 4: You can view your redeemed but unused coupons under the Coupons tab.
- Click the Copy icon to copy a code and paste it manually into the coupon field at Cart/Checkout.
- Click Apply to apply the coupon instantly and page will reload. To switch coupons, you must manually remove the active one and enter the new code on the Cart/Checkout page.
