Return & Refund Policy

VannCamp is committed to providing high-quality products at reasonable prices, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Guarantee

– Warranty Period: 1 year. We‘re 100% responsible for our product issues and make you 100% satisfied.
– We accept customer cancellations for any reason after an order is placed. However, a 5% fee and any incurred shipping/handling charges will be deducted from your refund. Please see the detailed terms below.
– We accept returns within 1 year for quality issues; meanwhile, we accept returns within 30 days for any reason (starting from the date you receive the item). Please see the detailed terms below.

– Order Cancellation Policy

We handle cancellations based on two scenarios:

Scenario 1: Product Not Yet Shipped

If your product hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll charge a 5% cancellation fee of your order’s total payment to cover bank processing fees. This applies if you cancel your order within 1 business day of placing it, or after 1 business day but before your order has shipped. We’ll process the refund immediately.

Scenario 2: Product Already Shipped

If your product has already shipped, we’ll charge a 5% cancellation fee of your total payment, a fixed interception fee of $15 USD, and twice the original shipping cost to cover both the initial delivery and the parcel recall, including shipping costs incurred by VannCamp on items that ship for free. We’ll process your refund once we receive the recalled goods.

– Product Return Policy

We handle returns based on two scenarios:

Scenario 1: Wrong Product & Quality Issues

We are responsible for wrong products and any product defects caused by our negligence or parcel in transit. You can choose to reject or send it back to our warehouse with the original packaging, and we will bear the courier costs incurred. Please contact support@vanncamp.com for the prepaid shipping label.

For a single item purchase:
We’ll send you a brand-new product, or you can choose to get a full refund.

For multiple item purchases:
① If the items must work together to fulfill the advertised function (i.e., they cannot function independently): We’ll replace the defective/wrong item(s) for you, or you can return the entire order for a full refund.
② If the items can work independently (i.e., each item can fulfill its advertised function on its own): We’ll replace the defective/wrong item(s) for you, or you can return the defective/wrong product(s) for a full refund of that specific item. For any non-defective/correct items you wish to return, these will be considered returns due to personal reasons, and our policy for “Scenario 2: Personal Reasons” below will apply.

Scenario 2: Personal Reasons

For returns due to personal reasons, you need to send the product back to our warehouse with original packaging and bear the return shipping costs yourself, provided that the product does not affect secondary sales. VannCamp does not accept responsibility and will not reimburse for returned items that are damaged, used or not in its original packaging.

Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover bank and processing fees. All shipping costs will be deducted from refunds if a product is returned, including shipping costs incurred by VannCamp on items that ship for free (the shipping cost for large items ship by freight is approximately $300-$400).

Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund after checking that the item is eligible for return.

We only accept returns for items that meet the following conditions: the item is new and unused. For items that have a manufacturer’s seal, the manufacturer’s seal must not be open. The item must not be damaged due to customer handling or use. The item must be in the original packaging with all original accessories.

Please contact us first before initiating the return process. We will be happy to assist you.
If returning for personal reasons: Please provide us with the courier tracking number when returning the product. This will allow us to track the return and maintain accurate records.

– Product Exchanges Policy

If a customer wishes to exchange a product due to their own error (e.g., purchasing the wrong item), the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping cost of the received product and the shipping cost of the new product.

– Refund Time

Refunds will be issued within 3 days of receipt of the returned product. Then, the specific arrival time of funds is determined by the processing progress of the bank or payment platform, usually it will arrive in 5-15 days. If you still haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us so we can handle the matter ASAP.
