· Shipping Fees
U.S.A:
We offer free shipping on all orders. And we use FedEx, UPS, USPS, Ontrac, etc.
Other Countries:
**Other currencies are converted according to the exchange rate.**
We have separate shipping policies for smaller items and larger items.
– Small Items: Window covers, bug screens, thermal blankets, etc.
We offer free shipping on orders over USD$280; Orders under USD$280 will incur a USD$50 shipping fee. If special items require additional shipping fees, we’ll indicate that on the product page. In order to ship products to your hands as soon as possible, we only use AIRFREIGHT✈️ by default, such as China Post, FedEx, UPS, etc.
· We also bear the import duty and VAT, so you do not need to pay other fees. If the local customs has charged you with duties and VAT, please send us your payment voucher and we will transfer the money to you.
· In some countries, the post office may require the recipient to contact them to arrange delivery. In that case, the buyers should contact the post office to complete the receipt of the shipment themselves.
– Large Items: Roof racks, ladders, steps, etc.
Shipping costs and customs duties are to be covered by the buyer. You may choose between air freight and sea freight.
For these products, we’ll indicate this on the product page. Please contact us before placing your order so we can calculate the shipping cost to your country. The shipping fee will be charged separately from the product’s price. Customs duties are collected by your country’s customs office or a courier company on their behalf.
For sea freight shipping, we usually customize wooden crates to pack the products and prevent damage during transit.
Additional Flat Shipping:
Aside from the two product types listed above, a special product may require additional fixed shipping regardless of whether it reaches the free shipping amount, we will indicate the shipping amount on the product page.
· Shipping Warehouses
U.S.A:
We currently have two local warehouses in the United States, located in Houston, TX and Chino, CA. Products in stock will be shipped randomly from these two warehouses. But when the items are out of stock in the US warehouse, we’ll ship from Wenzhou, China.
Other Countries:
We’ll ship your items from Wenzhou, China.
· Logistics
General Shipping Time:
Order cut-off time: 5 P.M.
– For US consumers, in-stock items are generally shipped on the next business day after the order is placed; back-ordered items will be shipped within 10 days.
– For other countries, the products will be shipped within 10 days after the order is placed.
General Delivery Time Estimate:

U.S.A: 7-12 days
Canada: 10-15 days
Europe: 10-15 days
Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 days
Other Region: 10-20 days
– SEA FREIGHT
Shipping times to different countries are determined after we consult with the freight company.
Please note: You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order is shipped. Please track your package using the provided link in the email.
If you have not received the product after the above time, please contact us in time. We will check with the courier company as soon as possible.
· Changes to the order
Once your order has been confirmed, you have the option to change or cancel it. However, please be aware that certain fees may apply depending on the specific circumstances. If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the returns procedure as soon as you receive the item.
Order Modification Policy
Within 24 hours of placing your order or your original order has not yet shipped: Modifications are free of charge.
More than 24 hours after placing your order, and your original order has already shipped: If your product has already shipped, we’ll charge a fixed interception fee of $15 USD, and twice the original shipping cost to cover both the initial delivery and the parcel recall. This includes shipping costs incurred by VannCamp on items that originally shipped for free.
Order Cancellation Policy
You will be responsible for a 5% processing fee, along with any incurred shipping, recall, and interception fees. For more detailed information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page.
· Parcel not received
If you have placed an order and have not yet received the parcel even though the tracking status shows that it has been delivered. Please contact the carrier to locate your parcel as we have no control over the item once it has been bagged by the carrier. However, if the problem persists, please write to us at support@vanncamp.com and we will do our best to help you and solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Sometimes tracking information is not available. This could be due to technical issues that prevent tracking information from updating. In such cases, if you still cannot find your item, contact us at support@vanncamp.com and we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
· Shipping Damage
If your package is severely damaged and the product inside is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the item and reject it, or contact us to reship it.
