How to use your affiliate link?
Our links come in two forms (Please replace the string yourusername with your registered username):
1. https://vanncamp.com/?r=yourusername
2. https://vanncamp.com/r/yourusername
You are free to use either link format. The benefit of the first format is that it explicitly indicates to the user that it is a promotional link. The advantage of the second format is that the link looks cleaner and is not as easily identified as an affiliate link.
The default links mentioned above redirect users to the homepage. If you need to link to other pages, please generate the link using the Affiliate Link Generator section at the very bottom of the Dashboard -> Marketing -> Affiliate Links page. （There are two special links for which the automatically generated affiliate links are currently incorrect and must be created manually. Please refer to the formatting guidelines below.）
You are free to generate either the Default link format (?r=username) or the Friendly link format (/r/username).
Special Link Formats
1. For Original Links that Contain Query Parameters (Ending with “?“), such as: https://vanncamp.com/shop/?vehicle=sprinter
The Correct Affiliate Link is:
①Default link format – https://vanncamp.com/shop/?vehicle=sprinter&r=yourusername
②Friendly link format – https://vanncamp.com/shop/r/yourusername/?vehicle=sprinter
2. For Original Links that Contain Anchor Tags (Ending with “#“), such as:
https://vanncamp.com/van-window-covers/#choose
The Correct Affiliate Link is:
①Default link format – https://vanncamp.com/van-window-covers/?r=yourusername#choose
②Friendly link format – https://vanncamp.com/van-window-covers/r/yourusername/#choose
When users arrive at our website via an affiliate link, it’s normal for the link in the address bar to not visibly contain segments like ?r=yourusername or /r/yourusername/; they are redirected to the initial landing URL. Crucially, any visitor who arrives at our site through an affiliate link will have a first-party cookie stored in their browser (or the in-app browser), and this cookie remains valid for 2 months. We use this cookie to track whether the link clicker completes a purchase.
Once you’ve finished generating your affiliate link, we recommend testing its validity. Please continue to the next section of the tutorial.
How to View Your Clicks
You can check this on the Dashboard -> Reports -> Traffic Log page. Once you have generated your affiliate link, we recommend testing it by visiting the website using that link in your browser’s Incognito or Private mode. Wait for about a minute, then check your traffic log to see if the visit was recorded.
If the visit is recorded, your affiliate link is working correctly; if there is no record, the affiliate link has an error——Please contact us at support@vanncamp.com for assistance.

You can check this on the Dashboard -> Reports -> Referrals History page.
